The first-week call list, next to the files

The first week after a death is a list of phone numbers. The vault can hold those numbers next to the files.

Household document paperwork

The first week after a death is a list of phone numbers, not a plan. The vault can hold those numbers next to the files they belong to.

What belongs on that list is whatever you already have:

The life insurer printed on the policy

The mortgage servicer on the latest statement

The bank or custodian on each account

The attorney office on a document you already filed, if you have one

If a number is not on a document in the vault, the vault will not invent it.

Name one person who can open the vault under rules you set. Support cannot open it for them. That is the whole point of owner-set access.

This is not a legal checklist and it is not estate planning. It is a place to keep the numbers a household would otherwise hunt for in a desk.
